Even though we were not able to gather in person, in 2020, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s family of brokers and staff took time to support our communities that we know and love. Here’s a sample of some of the events that we were proud to organize and assist with.

Share the Luck Event
Wanda Ford hosted the annual Share the Luck event, collecting toiletries through a drive-up and drop-off event. All collections benefit the Help & Hope Center.

Masks to Keep Employees Safe
Heather Prochnow Brecl made a difference for her community in a big way, making over 75 masks for the employees at her local Safeway to keep them safe at work.

P.E.O. International
Marybeth Friesz is a member of the P.E.O. organization that aims to educate and motivate women to achieve their highest goals.

Envision: You
Scott Bernard partnered with Envision: You, a nonprofit dedicated to improving behavioral health outcomes for Colorado’s LGBTQ+ individuals, to host the organization’s annual art auction at his listing in Cherry Creek.

Shred Event at Castle Pines Village
At the annual Shred Event at Castle Pines Village, Wanda Ford led the efforts along with Christina Leone, Liz Howell, and volunteers from Rock Canyon High School Poms Team to collect items to be shredded for donations. The event collected over $1,400 for the Disabled American Veterans organization.

Sean Ranch Lough Foundation Scholarship
The Sean Ranch Lough Foundation, led by Ron Martinez, presented a four-year scholarship to Colorado State University to a local high-achieving student despite not being able to host its annual fundraising event, the Denver Derby Party.

Food Delivery for Doctors and Nurses
Stuart Crowell and Delroy Gill delivered meals to the medical staff at Denver Health, Anschutz Medical Campus, and Good Samaritan Hospital to ensure that they were fueled up to help the community.

Supplies for Homeschooling
Michelle Seward donated bags of school supplies to help support the Englewood School District and ensure that families have necessary tools for homeschooling.

Veterans Community Project
Chasity Solomon and her husband, Mark Solomon, are the proud founders of the Veterans Community Project, an organization that is currently developing infrastructure in the City of Longmont to assist homeless veterans in their next chapter of life by providing a home and other critical services.
